Renee' has an extensive and distinctive career in exterior and interior design, photography and customer relations. With over 25 years of experience, she has become a leader in the design field. The color schemes she has used both inside and outside of the new homes is innovative and has been copied by many other builders. She is not afraid to introduce new ideas and loves to watch them spread. She is most definitely a *trendsetter* throughout the Cherokee and Cobb county area. Working in T.I.H. Homes, she manages all the selections for the new homes and new homebuyers, all of the buyer orientations walkthroughs, rewalks and warranty service.

Coupling a rock-solid base of homebuilding experience since 1983 with strong Christian values and principles, the company has chosen to move beyond just building homes. It has adopted a "Ministry" attitude through spearheading efforts in community and church outreach programs. T.I.H. Homes, Inc. has opened a non-profit organization to help those in need. Its business is dedicated to the Lord.They want to service their customers as working unto the Lord.

Steve also served as Cherokee County Chapter President of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for 1994 & 2000. He was awarded Eagle Watch Builder of the Year and also Builder of the year in 1999 for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders. In 2002, Steve Mckenzie was awarded Builder of the year for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Cherokee Chapter.

Renee and Steve have also spearheaded efforts to save the Rosecreek Library by starting the first Alliances for Libraries. They have raised money to support the renovations at the Iglesia de Cristianas de Monte De Zion ( Mount Zion Christian Church) in Canton, Ga. Also included in their long list of community outreach efforts, T.I.H. Homeshasprovided support to the Must Ministries Labor Center.

Their passion to do God's work has lead them to various parachurch groups where they are involved in mission outreach programs. Steve and Renee worship at Mount Paran Church of God in Marietta where as Hope ministers they have a heart to help those who are elderly, disabled & handicapped. Their love for Gods people has lead them to start T.I.H. ministries which is a non-profit organization available to those with construction and home maintenance needs.
